A perfect fall day

Today was my idea of a perfect fall day...

We bundled up this morning and headed off for the Apple Orchard. Lily and I met up with Amanda and Clara and we had fun in the corn maze, apple picking, climbing trees, putting babies in trees, and lots more.

I think the girls had a great time too- they loved chewing on the fresh apples!

When we finished picking apples we headed back to our place to bake with the apples. We made 5 batches of applesauce and 4 apple crisps. After Amanda and Clara left I made some great beef stew to finish the day off with a nice Autumn dinner!!

Lily loves to steal Mylo's food... The minute I put her down she crawls across the room straight for his food. I am constantly saying no and scooping it out!!

9 Month Fall Picture

We went on Sunday to get Lily's fall pictures taken at Zehrs... The photographer asked if she could use Lily for the fall setup model... So we got all the props and backgrounds free of charge and some extra pictures. She wanted to put Lily's picture in their catalogue... well when I went to pick up her pictures yesterday they pointed up on the wall.. there is a HUGE blowup of this print up for everyone to see!! I am such a proud Mama!!
