Lily Grace Freitas has finally arrived!! She was born on December 2nd at 9:02am, weighing 7lbs and measuring 19inches long!!
Nelson and I have decided to set up this blog to post pictures and news about Lily. With friends and family all over the place and everyone's busy lives we thought this would be the best way!
Lily is a wonderful baby who has truley changed our lives in so many positive ways... we didn't know it was possible to fall in love so fast and to feel so blessed!
